Job Description :
* Recruiting
::- Sourcing candidates as per client's specifications.

* Team Management
::- Contribute to the unit’s profitability through efficient management of a team of recruitment consultants.
::- Monitoring the performance of team members on a daily basis. Mentoring the team members.
::- Directing the Efforts of the team Members towards collectively achieving the goals of the team as well as the organization.

* Client Relationship Management
::- Understanding the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organisation structure and culture and future growth plans.
::- Meeting up with the clients on a regular basis.
::- Ensuring high hit rates with the clients.

* Business Development
::- To drive the business forward by growing and developing existing & new clients through face-to-face client visits & solid relationship building strategies.

* The position requires demonstrated strategic ability & substantial knowledge of the market and various domains.
* Candidates with core expertise in the areas of Recruiting, Sourcing of Candidates, and Effective Client Servicing are particularly encouraged to apply. candidates from diverse backgrounds with strong client focus can also apply.
