Job Description :
* Team Management
::- contribute to the unit’s profitability through
efficient management of a team of recruitment consultants and Practice
Leads.
::- Ensure that all the tem members meet company
assigned targets.
::- Strategize team functions effectively in order
to enhance productivity.
::- Monitoring the performance of team members
on a daily basis.
::- Achieving the team targets.
::- Mentoring the team.
::- Identifying back ups within the team.
* Client Relation
::- Understanding the client organisation with
respect to existing business activities,organisation structure and
culture and future growth plans.
::- Assigning dedicated Account Managers to key
clients.
::- Ensuring regular met ups with key clients.
::- Ensuring growth in billing from key Clients.
::- Taking regular feedbacks from clients.
::- Ensure high hit rates with the clients.
* Business Development
::- To drive the business forward by growing and
developing existing & new clients through face-to-face client
visits & solid relationship building strategies.
::- Identifying new clients to pitch.
::- Identify key BD people from the team and groom
them for pitching.
::- Budgeting and Cost monitoring.
Ideal Candidate :
An ideal person would be one who has independently managed a profit
centre. The person depending on skill would be required to head
one or multiple practice. Each practice services as an independent
profit centre and has anywhere between 4-15 people..O MBA with 5
- 10years experience in relationship management and servicing of
large MNC corporate clients.
::- Strong influencing, presentation and communication
skills are essential.
::- Must be a strategic thinker & highly energetic.
A go-getter with an exceptional work ethic
::- Be holding a senior or middle management position
in a professional organisation with substantial business responsibility.
