Perry Madan

Perry Madan, Executive Director, EWS Search is primarily focused on assisting companies in Banking, FIIs, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Defense and Retail industry with decisions related to manpower planning, restructuring, costs and budget control of recruitments.

As an early employee at Elixir, Perry also held roles as Associate Director of Elixir in operations and Manager of various business units. Before Elixir, he has been ardently involved in product marketing and development and managing financial activities across various organizations. His career also involved him as a Partner with D.R. Securities dealing in trading of stocks on the NSE, BSE, and Mutual Funds.

A detail-oriented person with sound understanding of human resource operations, Perry’s contributions have been known for his stronghold implementations. He uses combinations of tools and is always focused on "getting things done" by putting metrics against the business to track progress. His specialization ranges from on-site consulting, manpower planning, assessments, training, compensation structuring and organizational consulting. In this process, he directed the creation of several phenomenon changes across organizations involving diverse technologies/services that have raised the capabilities and well managed manpower budgets per year for the clients.

Perry holds a business management degree from Delhi University.
