Kanika Vaswani

Ms. Kanika Vaswani, Executive Director, Elixir, is responsible for overseeing sectors including Energy, Telecom, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Automotives, Logistics, Entertainment, Media & Infrastructure.

She began her career with Elixir as a Consultant in 2001 and has thereafter successfully risen through the ranks by handling multidimensional assignments and heading all the major functions in the company at various points in time.

In 2005, when Elixir decided to enter new markets and launch RPO services globally, she was deputed as a part of the core team to set up the practices. When Elixir re-established the Infrastructure team in 2006 to create dedicated industry expertise in the areas of Power, Telecom and Transportation sector, she was handpicked and made in-charge of handling the sector. Further in 2008, she was promoted as Executive Director and made the head of the major clients group. In the same year, she simultaneously started handling the responsibilities as a board member looking after the strategy and growth of the company.

Having joined the company during its nascent stage, her strategic thinking and skills in converting challenges into opportunities ensured that within a short span her contributions were reflected in the high profits for the company.

Her understanding and expertise has given clients the confidence, and she, in turn, has ensured continuous efforts to make them the best of brands.
