Priyasha Banerjee

Ms. Priyasha Banerjee, Associate Vice President, heads the international recruitment practice and works with several global companies for their international mandates. With over 10 years of experience, she has been part of Elixir since the nascent days of the company.

She started her career with a publication house called Srishti in Human Resources and Administration, post completing MBA HR from IIPM. In 2000 she joined Elixir as an Executive in IT recruitments and gradually moved into Human resource. In 2002, when Elixir decided to enter new markets, she was deputed as a part of the core team to set up the practices. Thereafter she has successfully risen through the ranks by handling multidimensional assignments and heading the major functions in the company at various points in time. Not just a skillful head of Human resource, Priyasha, is also a thought leader in the recruitment industry.
