Masters in Biophysics from Punjab University, Chandigarh & a graduate in Executive Program in Human Resource Management from IIM-Lucknow, Preeti, has an experience of 15 years in sourcing and selection and has seen both corporate and consulting side of operations. She started her career with Unitell India as Senior Consultant   and went on to become National Manager Recruitment at i-Solutions Providers (India) Pvt.Ltd

Her experience in recruitments has been instrumental in C level and Senior Personnel. Preeti has successfully handled the placements of professionals not only for organizations setting up offices in India but also professionals in countries like Australia, Singapore & Malaysia.

Preeti Singh, now heads the recruitment business for Manufacturing, Travel and Hospitality industries at Elixir. Post her joining Elixir in 2007 she has been instrumental in shaping the first ‘recruitment school’ at Elixir Selection Services. A complete professional with excellent leadership and management skills, she uses HR expertise to the optimum levels and displays immense prudence and creativity in HR acumen. She manages equilibrium of information at all levels of people she interacts with, be it clients, candidates or team members.
