Richie Madan

Richie Madan, Associate Director, Elixir, heads the business unit for recruitments focused towards Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG and Retail. He joined Elixir in early 2005, and has worked incessantly to help the business grow and expand its horizons.

An Economics graduate from Delhi University and a rank holder in Business Management from International Management Institute, Mr. Madan started his career with a stock broking firm and later moved into the diverse field of advertising with J. Walter Thompson and Publicis India Communications. After a strong and successful learning curve across various activities from brand building to client serving at J. Walter Thompson & Publicis, his desire to experience a new challenge brought him to Elixir. Moving into the recruitment sector as Practice lead for banking domain, he utilized both his previous experiences to implement innovative changes and has taken the business to new heights.
