Monika Tripathi

Monika joined Elixir in July 2009 with diverse experience in the field of HR, Admin & Facilities of 16 years from the corporate and consulting environment.  Currently heading a business unit focusing on IT, ITeS and KPO industry, she is one person, who is extremely high on energy, value driven and believes in unlearning & learning at every stage.

She commenced her career with a manufacturing group as Senior Executive in the year of 1993 and gained experience in the field of IR, Office Administration. There on, she moved on to the IT segment and between two reputed IT companies, strengthened her learning curve in the HR Operations & Facilities. In 2002 she entered the media vertical and in her five years stint with the country’s two largest media houses she shouldered responsibilities in the areas of strategic HR, facility planning & execution and administration with a team size of 40+ people. In 2007 she moved on to the consulting side & worked for two and half years with a SMB in Executive Search space.
