Job Description :
* Screening the Job Applications and primarily shortlisting them as per clients specification.
* Interacting with the Clients and getting acquainted with their Requirements.
* Marketing the Requirements of the Client through the posting of advertisements on various Job Portals.
* Coordinating the Interviews of the candidates with the Clients.
* Building and maintaining good relationship with the clients and actively participating in Business Development.

Desired Profile:
* This position requires the candidate to have a Bachelors Degree (Any) and a Masters Degree/Post Graduate Degree (MBA, PGDBM, and PGDBA) preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management (HR).
* Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to build Strong Teams & Partnerships are the essential attributes.
* Should be aggressive and high on energy levels.
* Candidate should be high on energy levels and should be target oriented with a strong will to achieve.
* Should be enthusiastic and skilled enough to head hunt talented people from reputed organizations.
