About Us

Year 2000: Establish in September 1, 2000. Recruitment services in IT, BFSI, Analytics & ITES.

Year 2002: Launched HR Outsourcing besides expanding into Telecom, Media, Lifesciences. Establish support functions like HR, Finance & Technical team. Handled our first RPO assignment.

Year 2003: Launch of Pune operations. Establish Research & Communications support function.

Year 2004: Launch operations in sectors- Energy, Automotives, Logistics, Infrastructure, FMCG & Consulting.

Year 2005: Venture into Retail sector & introduced various VAS products. Became end to end recruitment solutions provider.

Year 2006: Launched Employment Branding to help clients ‘win the war of talent’.

Year 2007: Launched the first of its kind ‘Elixir School of Recruitments’ in association with Corporate HR fraternity.

Year 2008: Conversion from partnership and forming private entity. Addition of new verticals like Manufacturing, Travel, Hospitality & foray into International Business.

Year 2009: JV with Italian giant GI group and launched GI Staffing Services India Pvt. Ltd. Opening of 7 branches.

Year 2010: Expands presence across the country: offices in 12 cities. Launch EWS search.

Year 2011: Establish new support functions: Process & Quality and Legal & Compliance. Opens first international office in Nigeria.
