About Us

Year 2000: Elixir is established as a partnership providing recruitment services in IT, BFSI and ITES industries.

Year 2001: Elixir receives appreciation from various clients including MNYL for dedicated services. The year witnesses 300% growth both in manpower as well as in financial growth.

Year 2002: Elixir launches a new product - HR Outsourcing besides expanding industry exposure into Telecom, Media, Life Sciences. The year 2002 becomes the second consecutive year to witness a 300% growth and establishing of support functions like HR, Finance and Technical team, thus, becoming a landmark year.

Year 2003: Elixir witnesses excellent growth with amplified internal employee strength, retained clientele and more than 50% growth in new client acquisition in the year. The company receives an award from Genpact for ‘Exceptional service on Turn Around Time’.

Year 2004: Elixir starts new operations in temporary staffing and moves into Middle to Senior Management recruitment. The company diversifies further into booming sectors like Energy, Automotives, Logistics, Infrastructure, FMCG and analytics. The year also witnesses a high percentage of re-visit of clients increasing the retained client list.

Year 2005: Elixir increases service ambit to provide recruitment solutions for Retail and Education Sector. Elixir’s Value Added Services Portfolio gains increasing client interest as the company realigns its services to provide End to End Solutions for clients.

Year 2006: Elixir launches ‘Employment Branding’ as a new product to help clients build better brands to ‘win the war of talent’.

Year 2007: The first of its kind ‘Elixir School of Recruitments’ is launched in association with Corporate HR fraternity from top notch companies facilitating as faculty. The School’s launch is aimed at bridging the gap in Human Resource education and practical experience required for developing finesse in recruiting as a specialized domain.

Year 2008: Elixir becomes an independent company breaking away from the partnership, making it a landmark year for the company. New verticals like Manufacturing, Travel, Hospitality, Defense and Government Services are added giving another boost to the company’s growth story.

Year 2009: Elixir takes another giant leap by entering into a Joint Venture with General Industrial Group (Gi Group), the Italian giant in the Temporary staffing space. The JV, under the name GI Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd., is launched as the Euro 800 bn Gi Group sets foot into the country with Elixir, as a part of its global expansion plan. Riding on the launch of GiSS, Elixir transcends its concept of ‘One location provide all’, opening 7 new locations to increase its presence in West, South and North India.

Year 2010: Adding another feather in Elixir’s cap, the first of its kind ‘Elixir - Knowledge Management Centre’ is set up in Dehradun to provide back end support for recruiting services across the globe. Continuing the ambitious growth and expansion plans, Elixir targets increasing its presence to 22 cities by year end, covering the Eastern region and Tier II and III cities across the country.
