is besides our off line advertising and our head hunting efforts)
we have over 2500 applications coming in on a Daily basis and our
current database is over 276,000 resumes strong. Besides we have
access to on line databases that collectively provide us access
to over 2 million profiles. To manage this we use very powerful
backend software that tracks each profile and records our interactions.
What this means is that for most positions we have we have ready
profiles, which can be accessed with a single click.
